As we go deeper the nitrogen in our breathing mix becomes narcotic, also Known as nitrogen narcosis, to combat these effects we can limit the amount of nitrogen in our breathing gas by adding amounts of helium into your breathing gas. This course paves the way for your trimix journey allowing us to eventually travel deeper than we can using air/EANx
